Qualitative certainty of the standard of living in the Omsk region

Abstract
The main quality of a socially oriented economy is the achievement of the general welfare of the population, which implies ensuring a decent, comfortable and safe life. The barometer of the social life of a society is the standard of living of the population. It is a monetary assessment of the resources needed to meet the material and social needs in society. This category is integrated under the influence of the dynamics of income of the population, their differentiation, household spending and consumption. Consideration of the standard of living can take place in various aspects — at the national and regional levels. The all-Russian focus is expressed in all-Russian socio-economic trends. The regional level focuses on the specifics of regional development. The article evaluates the standard of living on the basis of official statistics.
